8 Days Moroccan Adventure: From Agadir
Day 1: Agadir – Tiznit – Tafraoute
- Pick-up from your hotel/Riad in Agadir at a specified time.
- Travel to Tiznit, a town with a long city wall and a rich history of silversmithing.
- Drive through the scenic Ait Mansour valley with its red rocks and green palm trees.
- Arrive in Tafraoute, a lively town surrounded by unique rock formations.
- Overnight stay and dinner at a hotel in the town center.
Day 2: Tafraoute – Zagora
- Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
- Drive towards Zagora, located in the Draa River valley.
- Explore Zagora, a former caravan town with a historic connection to Timbuktu.
- Overnight stay and dinner at a wonderful riad in Zagora.
Day 3: Zagora – Merzouga
- Enjoy breakfast and depart for the Erg Chebbi desert.
- Experience a camel trek through the golden sand dunes.
- Check-in to the luxurious Royal Oasis tented camp.
- Enjoy a welcome drink and dinner at the camp.
- Experience Berber music and spend the night at the camp.
Day 4: Merzouga – Todra Gorge – Boumalne Dades
- Enjoy breakfast at the camp and depart for Boumalne Dades.
- Visit the Todra Gorge with its impressive rock formations.
- Arrive in Boumalne Dades and check-in to the hotel.
- Enjoy dinner at the hotel located in the heart of the Date Gorge.
Day 5: Boumalne Dades – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate
- Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
- Travel through the "Road of the 1000 Kasbahs" with stunning scenery.
- Meet Berber nomads living in a cave.
- Visit Kalaat M'gouna, the "Rose City," and purchase rose products.
- Visit the restored Kasbah Ameridil in Skoura.
- Arrive in Ouarzazate, the "Hollywood of Africa."
- Visit the film studio and admire props from famous movies.
- Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at a riad in Ouarzazate.
Day 6: Ouarzazate – Taznakt – Taliouine – Taroudant
- Travel to Taznakt, a former caravan center known for tapestry weaving.
- Visit Taliouine, a historic Berber town known for saffron production.
- Arrive in Taroudant, a charming town often called "Little Marrakech."
- Overnight stay at a bed and breakfast in Taroudant.
Day 7: Taroudant – Agadir
- Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and explore the historic town of Taroudant.
- Drive back to Agadir (approximately 2-hour drive).
- Tour concludes with drop-off at your chosen address in Agadir.
- Optional: End the trip in Marrakech instead of Agadir.
